Why so many LUDs after AP approval?

Hi,

I noticed LUDs continuously even after the approval of AP. See below my signature for detail. What is going on? Is there anybody who has this experience? What to make out of these LUDs in AP?

My 485 is at NSC and I-140 under EB-1EA is also pending at NSC.

Your insight will be highly appreciated.
 
i got emails on sunday 10/15 saying that my(and my spouse) EAD was approved on 10/12..........guess what....my EAD was approved on 10/7 and i got the cards on 10/11...

even their system says that my EAD was approved on 10/12......i wont be surprised if they send another card........USCIS is a machine with some random motion.......or you can say that they dont have much of QC over there.......shit happens...
