we applied for 485 and our Rd is oct15.Both my wife and i gave finger printing on mar 2002.When my wife got query to support her status we replied her rfe under section 245i by paying 1000$.reason for this is she stayed in us by having h4visa and by not having the h4 for sometime.
That means she got visa with my h1 and she do,nt have I94 for some time. INS asked for that period to produce H4 approvals which we don't have.
After our 1000$ is cashed we received a notice saying that they received a fee for finger printing. We called INS and asked why we have to go finger printing again?. IIO told that she don't know why we received that and she told we can ignore that .
Buy yesterday we received a notice from INS saying that my wife has to go fingerprinting on Apr 25.we called IIO again and asked why it is like that. She told it is our interest to go or not to go. If she is not attended her application will be denied. She answered like yes or no .
After all this My wife decided to give finger print again. Is is this unusual? or every body who applied under section 245i has to go for finger print again. O
I am the principal applicant even my case is not approved.
