I keep reading on this forum about applicants sending return labels (Fedex/USPS) , envelopes , credit card info on labels etc etc???.

I thought it was clear as per checklist just send signed and completed application , 400$ check, 2 photos(with A#) and copy of both side of GC ... by overnight mail with confirmation

Anything else????.

Do we need to send envelopes for USCIS to reply and send information like NOA , Interview dates ????

Pl confirm

Thanks

USCIS will use their own envelopes and stationary to correspond. I dont know who or what you are referencing to obtain this information. Anyway, my advice - follow the KISS procedure. Just send your application along with supporting documents as per USCIS website using US Postal Service. Nothing more nothing less.

Good Luck!

There is absolutelly NO need for FedEx. This is just making things more complicated, more expensive and frankly creating more potential for screwups by USCIS.

The whole idea started with one applicant who had supposedly bad experience with USPS mail (have to say that I never ever had any bad experience with USPS: either sending or recieving; and I moved a ton).

Also, there is a myth that you can track your FedEx shipment and know when things are coming to you from USCIS. You will only know a couple of days earlier that USCIS send you something comparing to the "regular" applicant. And why this information should make you happy when you interview will be 1-2 months in advance of any notice? How this will add any value?

I guess some people are very nervous and have jitters.

Yes, keep it simple stupid -- use old fashioned mail. It worked for 99.99% people.

And RELAX.........
