My case was filed online and unforutunately end up in NSC ( LIN- reciept number for I140) I have not received 485 recipt number yet. My friend filed 2 weeks back and his 140, EAD done and FP are done and his case was in TSC.
Does anybody now why it is so slow in Nebraska compare to Texas. Is it going be like that or there is any hope to get improve.
Doe anyone know average time to expect in Nebraska if you are not stuck in name check.
