Why not show our strength ??

Hi Guys,

I think its high time now to react against USCIS processing strategy. All of us have witnessed the mid or late 2003 approvals whereas 2002 and early 2003 are still put aside. I have also read in one of the threads that there are "2 VSC processes" for I-485 posted by someone with UID "RedCard".

Is there a way that all of us together get this injustice notified to the right personnel?? I know we are all trying our best to get approval at individual level. Isn't it time to react against this in a peaceful way with right channel but as a GROUP?

My 2Cents.....Experts do shed some light on this and people please post your opinions

Thanks

Tell me about it...

Ha ha ha ha ha ...

That's where such ideas end..in this forum and with a whimper.

Don't waste even 1 cent for this.

wake up

My god, dude, no offending but please wake up. This is not a free land and everything is f#$%ed up. As I posted earlier, believe it or not, my friends, governmental agencies in this country are even far worse than those in China.

Trust me, if you can contact the right personnel to solve this USCIS problem for you, then next thing you can try is to walk to moon by feet.

No offending, just want to make sure you relax. There is a saying in chinese : life is just like raping, if you can't struggle, just relax and enjoy it." Do the same thing to the game between USCIS and us, maybe you will enjoy it :D :D :D

Actually, this is really a good idea and Mr.Rajiv is fighting for us. Please see
Announcement: ***** 19 October 2004 - New Development in Our Litigation***** and you will know how we all can make a difference.

Actually, this wave of approvals are because of Mr.Rajiv's effort in filling the suit against DHS otherwise, VSC would have been in still somewhere in 2001.

I dont think this litigation is taking us anywhere

Pardon me for saying this and with due respect to Mr Khanna, this
litigation is taking us nowhere.

Pardon me for being selfish ( since all of you are too ), tell me how this
litigation is helping me. If at all what you say is true, it has only
triggerred a sick agency to randomly handle cases far behind me in the
Q ( if there's anything called a Q ) and the result is that truly old cases
are being left in the lurch.

Sorry guys, this litigation is doing pretty much nothing and is in fact,
proving to be harmful.

Mr. Sumanta, it is you who is being harmful. All you ever give is negative opinions, nothing constructive, except for your laughable suggestion few days ago to go on hunger strike.

Rajiv is helping us all tremendously, first by hosting this forum, and 2nd by filing a law suit on all our behalf. Remember, he did not have to do either of these, he could have been uncaring just like most other immigration attorneys.

Rajiv has just started. It will take time to materialize. I can understand your frustration Sumanta. But remember that it takes nine months (in most cases) even to get a baby. So be patient.

As I said

As I said before, no disparaging is meant here , neither did I. Any efforts
are commendable.

I am just mentioning what's happening today with I-485 case handling.
I am commenting looking at the results. Cases are handled ad-hoc;
July 2003 approvals are happening in waves when 2002 ( even 2001 )
cases are rotting. Can anyone say if that's anything even close to being fair ?

And if that's happening because of litigations stirring this unscrupolous
agency to do as such, well, I must say, its harming me more than benifitting
me in any way.

As for my laughable suggestion ( let's say for the sake of argument, that
it indeed is laughable ), let's be very clear... I MADE a suggestion, I didn't
actually DO it. Which is worse ? Making a comment no matter how much
ridiculous, or doing something that is actually showing up in the results ?

Tell me.. which one's worse ?

Mr Khanna, with due respect to your efforts and good work, I must add,
that even if there's the remotest possibility that the current adhocism
on the part of INS is actually a response to save them from this litigation,
then I have to add that this litigation is harming ME( not sure of US). And
if the current adhocism indeed has nothing to do with the litigation ( of
which we have no proof either way ), let's say we never had this
discussion.

AOS030326,

No offense dude but if you have lost faith in this country then why are you even attempting for GC?? Don't give up hopes before you even try something...I know things are not easy but what's harm in giving it a try??

Sumanta,
We haven't tried anything as a group...Why not give it a try?? Why worry for results now. Come on, you are the one who stated once to fight against this system...that too all alone.

People,
Let's put our minds together and come up with some good plans. I am sure it will work !!

Remember : Even Longest journey on this earth starts with a simple step !!!!

What plans ?

What plans are you talking of ?

All it takes is for a critical mass of 15-20 to get an audience
for someone like head of VSC or Secretary of DHS or even Prez or
Vice Prez.

All it takes is to have an organization and name it like "Perfectly Legal
Anguished Green Card Applicants Forum" and have 15-20 interested
folks. Problem is, you won't even get that. Foul mouthed responses and
criticisms, though, you will get aplenty.
