Why nobody talk to IIO about the AVM????

Spoke to IIO today morning....
RD - 7/10/01 and ND - 8/21/01
I spoke to IIO today morning and she told me that the AVM system is down (and I don't know when this will be up). In my case she said "The case is Pending" and may take 7 days to 3 months for approval. (I was surprised but did not asked many questions). I would appreciate if any one can give me an idea about IIO comment.
The rest of the info I got from some of my friends in Detroit are some cases already got approved till RD - 7/11/01 and ND 8/21/01 and atleast I know 2 such cases for sure since they called NSC and IIO confirmed the same but their AVM is still saying it may take 390 to 420 days etc.
Hope to be Green card soon.
