Why No FP\'s for the Oakland Guys ???

People who filed around the same time as us but in other locations have done FP around a month ago !!!!

Anyone has any clue what is going on here and how long we have to wait ???
 
ND 09/10 RD 08/01 - Last one to get FP

From what I heard and reading this forum, FP notices are issued based on each ASC\'s workload and also national scheduling order(whatever that means to INS). If that\'s true you can\'t really compare with other ASC\'s with bay area ASC\'s which are considered much busier than others. You must be happy to come under Oakland ASC which is faster than SJC and almost in pace or sometimes better than SFO when it comes to FP. I\'ve seen it progressing in a regular pace(4/5 notices in every 10 days) for the past two months(you can check that in PCee list).

The last one to get was one with ND 09/10. I guess your ND is 1 or 2 weeks after that so be patient and optimistic. You\'ll get your turn in a couple of weeks.

Thanks for the good words. But I am not sure if Oakland is better than SFO ASC as I know many people with ND after 9/10 and have done FP around a month ago(before schedule of-course).

But still as you say, we should keep hope and be optimistic !!
