Why No Eb3 Approvals?

Can please someone explain why there are few or NO EB3 approvals at all in both NSC and TSC?

On trackitt I only see EB2 approvals. Is there any logic for this trend? When will we see EB3 approvals?
 
CLEARING Eb2 CASES WILL SPILL OVER VISAS TO EB3. THEY MIGHT BE UTILIZING THIS TECHNIQUE TO CLEAR EB2 FIRST TO SEE IF THERE WILL BE ANYTHING LEFT OVER FOR EB3 GIVEN THE FACT THAT EB3 VISAS ARE NOT ANYMORE AVAILABLE.

ONLY if YOUR PD IS BEFORE AUGUST 2002. THE CUTOFF DATE IS ESTABILISHED ACCORDINGLY. I WOULD THINK WE WILL SEE MANY APPROVALS FOR THOSE WHOSE PD IS BEFORE THEIR CUTOFF DATE.
 
My PD is 04/2002 ROW. But RD is 03/2007. I hope they will process the case soon for all ppl whose PD is before 08/2002 REGARDLESS of their RD.

SOME APPROVALS THAT WE ARE SEEING FOR EB3, THOSE APPROVALS ARE PRE-DONE, IT COULD BE THE CO WAS IN VACATION AND CAME TO WORK ON THE CASE. ONCE THE CASE IS ASSINGED TO OFFICER A, HE IS RESPONSIBLE IN ADJUDICATING THE CASE. UNLESS WE OPEN UP SERVICE REQUEST, THE CASE SITS WITHIN THE SAME INDIVIDUAL. SO if YOU THINK THAT YOUR CASE IS NOT GETTING ANY ATTENTION, I SUGGEST YOU TO TAKE INFOPASS APPOINTMENT WHICH COULD TRIGGER THEM IN LOOKING AT YOUR CASE CLOSELY.

I HEARD TSC IS VERY GOOD, AND MOST OF THE TIME THEY GO BY PD. IT REALLY DEPENDS ON WHICH SERVICE CENTER IS LOOKING AT YOUR CASE. YOU MAY SEE YOUR APPROVAL COMING, WHO KNOWS. BUT BE SURE THAT NOTHING IS PENDING ON YOUR CASE SUCH AS NAMECHECK, WHICH IS THE KILLER OF ALL.
 
My Name Checks are clear. Confirmed multiple time in last 3-4 months. And Case is pending at NSC which I think is processing by RD.

My question is, in Sep. they will process EB3-ROW Cases with PD of 08/2002 or earlier. In this case they should process my case too. But because I have RD of 03/2007, does that mean I have to wait for another 5-6 moths as NSC is processing RD of 09/2006 cases?
 
NSC is ONE OF THE HELL HOLE, CREATE UNNECESSAY NIGHTMARES. NO ONE TAKE GURANTEE, BUT ITS MORE LIKEY WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO YOUR CASE AS THEY ARE NOTORIOUS IN PROCESSING THE CASE BY RD, I REALLY CANNOT TELL HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE, IT ALSO DEPENDS ON THE VOLUME OF APPLICATION AND APPLICANT. I SUGGEST YOU TO CROSS YOUR FINGERS. ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE.
