Why no EAD?

My wife and I applied for EAD on the same day (RD for both is Jan 31). She received her EAD last week, whereas my status still shows 'application received...it is taking betwen 60 and 90 days..'.

I am the primary 485 applicant.

The only difference is that my wife's earlier EAD was to expire on June 10, while mine is good till July 10.

Any clues why they did not process my EAD application? Are they now smart enough to schedule their workload based on when it is required rather than going in order of receipt?
 
Nothing to worry about yet..

It happened with our 2nd EAD. Our EAD expiration date is the same but we received it with 3 weeks difference. I’ve got my EAD first while my husband is primary applicant.
