WHY my SRC number

Why my SRC number starts with the SRC-010335xxxx? I filled it on Nov 14th 2000 as EB2.

dude, INS year starts from October 1.
Any application with ND after October 1, 2000
will have SRC: 01 xxx xxxxx

SRC-01-033-5XXXX
01 = INS fiscal Year which starts on 1st Oct \'01.
033 = Working days from 1st Oct to 14th Nov (weekends excluded)
5xxxx = First digit starts with 5 and the remaining will be some unique number
