Why JUNE ???

Hi all,
What do you think could be the reason behind June'02 approvals ? Now a days i am seeing more June'02 approvals than any other month. Daily we are also seeing Dec'01 and Jan'02 and Feb'02 approvals. My question is what happened to March'02, April'02 and May'02 applicants. Can we guess that there are very few applicants in those months ? What is so special about June'02 applicants. It appears to me that all the June'02 applicants will be approved before the Jan'02,Feb'02,Mar'02, Apr'02 amd May'02 applicants.
 
I think they are processesing now June 03 and very soon we will see that they started July 03 actively. For leftovers waiting and backlog delay ,short of staff, 2nd,3rd FP's refernces,transfers and no one know new delays will add any moment is continuing day by day ....

No actually from Jan thru apr 2002, Apr has the highest number of applicants as per sbctlc's scan.
 
Just FP has not expired for Jun 02 and later cases. CIS doesn't want to spend money on 2nd FP.
 
Unlike EAD and AP renewals which fetch them extra dollars, re-FPs does not fetch them any money. Hence I think they want to avoid FP2s.

This is the reason why I think they are delaying issuing FP1 for New 2003 cases so that they do not get into this cycle of doing FPs again and again.
 
My guess is:
1) avoid 2nd FP
2) security check. Security check is performed by another group, INS officer don't prove the cases until they get the info. back from that group. They don't have any motivation to touch the old masses which caused by other group.
 
We do not have the scanned results for May/June. Although we are seeing lot of June approvals here on this forum it need not be the case. Only actual scanning will give us correct information.

Most of June filers have done their FP1 in August/ September They will expire by this month end. So in July approvals should start by this month end along with earlier filers who have completed Their FP2
 
I know the reason of June approvals.

My RD is June !!! :D :D
I am not a concurrent filer and did my FP early Aug '02. Received RFE 11/26/03.
