why Indians in USA fight like stray dog - do u guys think this topic was worth even discussing. At present only thing that is worth discussing is today is last day & last hope. From Monday onwards you can not call anybody for status inquiry.
NSC is approving 2004 cases EB2 / EB3. EB3 is not current at present. Since last 1 year it is under retrogression. But they still processing EB3 cases for 2004. Does it mean that we (EB2) still have a hope for approval after October 1, 2005.

Well I think this statement is NOT true... I would have had been happy if they had fought in real terms.... Just to make it simple -- Look at those majority Indian bosses -- who do not want to give the 140 number to there fellow countrymen .. just to make some few extra bucks from him ... we need to fight these leaches .. not endure the pain in submission. Have U every heard of any american employer who does these types of cheating tactics?


The retrogression .. well no new application as of NOW.. thats what it means ..
visa numbers will continue to be released every quater ... Quota is per EB category for employment based guys and there is a second line - country line ... Across all this already filed cased will continue to be approved -- EB1,EB2 and EB3's.

That's what I am trying to say, this topic for Indians / Asians fighting is not at all important, only thing important is TODAY IS LAST DAY.. I really feel that this topic on Indians should not have been discussed or opened. If my GC does not come by tonight I will stop tracking plastic card and NSC processing dates. And then relax more another year or two. AT present am really stressed out, I feel like I should have never appliied for this card. Without card only life would have been smooth. This process / journey just sucks.

Stop dreaming ... NSC do not work during weekends... Oct 3 thru 7 all the adjucators are vacationing in Mackinac Island.....

No more work man ... goood time great year for them... They have automated the system of issuing EAD and AP too ... Just apply with a valid LIN and fees .. a card will automatically get printed at the end...

What happened to that super fast 140 ... premium processing with extra fees...
The think tanks -- accelerated labor with PERM --- plans accelerate 140 --- build a huge dam for 485 ...

Na these guys are NSC won't be so dumb ... they will do our 485 ... lets say by mistake as some guys are suggesting.
