Guys, give me some clues. Here is my info.
EB2/non-retro/I485/RD(3/20/06, CSC)/TD(3/30/06, transfer to TSC)/LUD(11/8/06)
1. People in this forum are usually getting finger print notice after a couple of months of their RD. But why not to me?
2. If finger print is required for this case, can I say I am still in far far away from approval?
3. Some of people get approval notice and card from CIS directly without interview, but others get interview at their local CIS office. Why is it different? What's the criteria?
4. Processing time on TSC tells me CIS is processing 5/16/06 of RD cases. But mine is 3/20/06 of RD. If I have a NO notice after some days, let say 6 months, what actions can I do to CIS, just waiting?
