Why EB3 going back for every new Bulletin?

Why EB3 is going back month by month? When they will going to clear all backlogs? Do we have any LIGHT in near future? It's not moving from 2001 from last 2 years...

Any Inside news or rumors or any lawyer views or any news from UNCIS are greatly welcome…

One of my friend is in EB3 and he got GC few months back, his PD 02/02. According to his lawyer the dates may not move for next couple of months (before elections). You may have some goodnews only after Jan 2009.
