Why some people think Sept./Aug. cases are on hold? I think only those invloving company name changes are on hold waiting for guidelines. Is there any reason we could believe VSC is holding general Sept/Aug. cases?
A more important question is if INS will still publish AC 21 regulation in March? If AC 21 is published, your pain will be immediately alleviated, because you may switch jobs immediately if you are still in pending status. On the other hand, if you already receive 485 approval, even after AC 21 is published, you are still obligated to work for the sponsor for at least another 90 days, in order to avoid future troubles. This is because AC 21 doesn\'t address the situation if 485 is already approved.
