Why CSC stopped issuing FP notice

Any body talked to IIO regarding FP notice recently???

I asked IIO

I asked IIO about the FP norices and was told that it\'s "Blessing in Disguise" for me as FP are only valid for 15 month and they are processing 1/1/98 right now. Wac # 01-162-XXXXX
