Why CSC is so fast?

On CSC board I saw CSC 485 cases with Feb/2001 got approved, why CSC is so fast and VSC is still beginning to process Oct/2000 485 cases?

Bacause somebody kicked their butt. Once they used to be slowest. So much that the white house noticed it and they kicked their butt. Till VSC does not reach that point.. it is going to keep on slowing down.

Yes, I agree 485Sufferer, I think it\'s some California senators got involved

don\'t remember name , could be Ms.Fenstein? they urge them to speed
