My FP notice is code 1. It says biometrics will be taken. This notice is for my I-485 (non-concurrent). My I-140 (EB-11, Alien of Extraodinary ability) was approved on September 2004. My appointment for FP is in this month.
But my wife's FP notice was code 3. She did FP in April 14, 2005. She applied 485 with me as a dependent and also applied EAD.
Why she has code 3 and I have code 1? Because she applied EAD?
