Why Code 1 after Code 2 and no LUD change after Code 2

I received Code 1 notice today after I did Code 2 on Aug 24, 2005. I also did 10 fingers fingerprinting on July 30, 2004. Does that mean my fingerprinting will be expired soon so that I need to do Code 1 again? My I-485 received date was June 1, 2004. MY PD was January 2003 and I am subject to retrogression category, unfortunately. My husband did fingerprinting and code 2 with me, but he did not receive code 1 notice this time. I am primary applicant. What happened to his case? In addition, after we did code 2 last August, there has been no change on our case status. Why is that? What to expect after Code 1 this time?
 
FP (10 fingers) expires after 15 months, hence code 1 again. I am in the same boat. I did those in July 2004; expecting code 1 again. Nothing to worry.
