Why are lawyers in general assholes? Do they teach that in law school or does money make them like the way they are in life. I would understand if few of us were having problems with lawyers but in general whomever I talk to has problem with lawyers. Don't they realize, it's people like us who pay their bills. How hard is it to talk nicely to someone for few minutes just so other person can feel better? Why do they just totally ignore us and talk like "don't bother me, if there is anything I will let you know"? We are the clients we make their ass rich.
I am really confused, does this kind of behaviour comes only with clients or they become like that in life? Do they do the same thing to their wife and kids? Is money the only thing in their mind? Look at murthy.com, giving idea to increase H1B quota, shouldn't they be fighting for getting retrogession out of the way? Shouldn't they be working towards getting all labor cleared? Bringing new H1Bs means more people in line. It's not that they don't understand this, they are just thinking if there are more H1Bs more people will be stuck in GC queue and they get more money. Is money that important for them that they cannot do one good hting for anyone else? Look at immigration-law.com, celebrating 10 million hits! 10 million hits my ass, what did they do for retrogression and LC problem?
Look at immigrationvoice.org, they are just bunch of regular working people like us and they achieved so much in such short time. Bit of hardwork and right contacts can go long ways. These lawyers have right amount of money and contacts, they could have done so much for us, if they wanted to. But they will not do it, if they solved all our problems they will lose their money. I have not seen any lawyer talking about retrogession or BECs, because these are good for them, they get to earn more money.
Don't these lawyers have a thing called conscience. Don't they feel like someone is really worried about his/her case and he should talk to him/her. How hard is it to reply nicely to few emails? Instead they just completely ignore those calls and emails like we don't exist. I agree that BEC and retrogession are problems and you are not willing to do anything about it, but is being nice to someone a problem too? Is replying an email problem too? Is answering phone calls problem too?
Sorry for long post and so much negativity, I had to get it out somewhere. Just having a hard time with PBEC and hoping for better days.
