Why Are dates in the P3 category of immigration visas not changing?

Hello everybodyy,
 I\'mm new to this forum and very worried. My problem is that my father obtained his citizenship on may 2000 and he applied for my immigration the same day under the P 3 category. My concern is that the dates in this category are not moving ahead since the last 1 year. It isstagnantt at 8th may 1996. Can you tell me why the dates arestagnantt and from when are they expected to start moving?Awaitingng a positive response soon. Thanks

Thanks for your reply. But this has never happened before. Dates have moved slow but they never been stagnant for a year. And even if there are more applications it does not mean that the date has to be stagnant for over a year. Sorry to say but your reply does not actually answer my question.
