Wht does post decision activity mean...?

I got my CPO email for GC on june 29th and july 2 two times....
I received my welcome notice last week for I-485.

Now my status changed to Post-Decision Activity,

is this actual card..? or should i wait for the status to change to "card mailed"

This is my current status

Post-Decision Activity

On July 9, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.
 
this means that your card will appear in the mailbox in a few days and you're all done.
My status changed to Post-Decision activity on July 8 and had my card in the mailbox on Jul 10.
 
Congrats !!!! can i ask u which service center you had your application processed...?

Hope i get it soon.
