Just wanted to check in with people who have experience filing a writ of mandamus. I am considering filing for one. I had my interview for GC over a year ago and still nothing back in regard to name check.
I have heard mixed feelings. My lawyer doesn't seem to excited about it, but some people on this board say it is the way to go.
