Who're still pending with ND in May 2002 or earlier? Contacted Senator, Congressman, lawyer, and sent faxes. Also called 800. Nothing happened yet.

Did you raise an inquiry with USCIS?

If you have already done so and it has been 30 days..call USCIS again and raise another inquiry..Do not relent and you will hear from USCIS soon...
 
I think we are many in the same or similar situaton
RD4/29 ND 5/3/02 , did fingerprint without fingerprint notice 11/20/04 , called FBI and they said they have sent the fingerprint results to BCIS still nothing.
Hope one fine day would come for us.

Only my spouse had the fingerprint notice for 12/23/04,so we both went together and they took early fingerprint for both of us in SanAntonio .
 
Mine also changed today to fingerprint recieved 11/26 and processing has resumed , hopefully anytime soon .
