The petitioner. Can be the lawyer, company etc. Specifically the person and address named in Form 140 Part 1. This is the person who will get all 140 related notices / approvals

My lawyer mailed the approval notice.It looks like original copy?

If attorney is representing your firm, s/he will get the approval notice.

Else, employer will get the approval notice at address given in I-140 petition.
