Who will receive RFE letter for I-140?

Hi,
AVM says \'mail has been sent on Jan 4th requesting additional information\'. But my company did not receive mail yet. It\'s been 11 days. My attorny also did not receive the mail. Who will receive the mail? the company or the attorny.

ALso had a RFE for EB3 case ND 9/10
AVM said DEC 19th RFE was sent.

Dont think lawyers have received it.

Is there a delay at CSC sending RFE notices to lawyers.

If you have attorney then RFE will go to attorney.
If you have self petitioned then RFE will go to you.

My case details:
EB3 ND: 09/13
RFE sent date: 01/04

So you mean in your case,
Neither you nor your lawyer received RFE yet. It\'s almost a month.
 
ask lawyer to call

we had an rfe too. we called ins and they faxed it to the lawyer after a couple of days.
