who understand NIW cases in VSC?

Is there any one who can understand the processing time for NIW cases in VSC?

It reported in August that they were processing cases submitted March 24, 2003 or earlier.

The most recent one reported that they are working cases before October 2, 2002....

6 months backward !!!!!!!!! WHAT is going on at VSC?

They have been all over the place over the last two years. (-->meaningless)
My wife filed in May 03, got an RFE in March, replied in june, approved in August.
(At the time we got the RFE, the official date had regressed into somewhere in '02.)

Unlike time, Service centers can go in either direction!

So the only way is to monitor the process date by ourselves.

If we report all our NIW cases here in one consolidated thread and make a table/figure, then we can approximately know what's the current process date. Collectively, we can do it.

Note the subforum "Vermont Service Center I-140" has already had a consolidated I140 tracker.
