Who should the check be made to

Dear Friends,

I plan to send out my I-765 app tomorrow. Who should the check be made to, INS or BCIS? I understand that the filing fees has reverted back to $120.

Also has the INS vermont mailing address changed? If yes, does someone have the new address?

I think following the instructions in the form, verbatim, would be a safer bet. Meaning ... the forms that are available, even online, would be those that were put together during the days of INS and so they would (should) honour the directions specified there in.

So, if the instructions read "Payable to INS, VSC" (or something like that) you would be safe just following that.

I found this information at immigration.com wgich has a FAQ from BCIS at the very top of the site.
