Hi Guys,
My lawyer finally got the 45 day letter that my application has reached the backlog center, but the HR person in my company never got it. Iam confused regarding the rules as to who has to reply to the 45 day letter, the lawyer or the HR personnel? Its been about 4 weeks since my lawyer got the 45 day letter, but my HR personnel still hasn't got it. Is it ok if just my lawyer replies to the 45 day letter?
