Who sends the Oath notice?

Who sends the Oath notice? It is the District Office or the Service Center (assuming of course it is not a same day oath) ?

Local DO's send the oath letters.

I recived all of my notices including the the oath letter from Vermont Service center except the GC approval notice back in 2001 when I went thru the AOS process.

Yes, I'm through the VSC, so I assume my oath notice will come from them, right?

My oath ceremony notice did not come from my DO (Detroit). It was postmarked from Lincoln, NE (NSC), with the return address as NSC as well.
