...if it were I am sure I would have found someone with I-485 ND date of 08/04/2003 and with FP1 on 09/30/04. Helloooo...anyone out there..could you please let me know if you have any change in your status..my detail are :

EAC # -- 03224#####
I-485 -- RD - 07/21/03
I-485 --- ND - 08/04/2003
FP1 --- NEWARK -- 09/30/2004
LUD Change -- 10/6/04 --FP RECD.
LUD Change -- 11/18/04 -- No change in msg.

Also to all those EAC scan GURUS...could you PLEASE..PLEASE scan for the dates that I have mentioned above to give me some idea about what is happening to my ND dated "collegues"...

scanning takes a lot of time..why dont you scan yourself?
you know your #...take next one and check its status online, you will get it along with petition type and status update... if it is not I-485 - disregard and continue, if it is I-485 - take a note and continue.. check 100 numbers before and 100 after your receipt#...you will get some statistics info for sure!!!
i did it and i got 33 I-485 cases from about 200 scanned:)))
people scan cases around their notice date...why should they scan around yours..of course someone may have same ND, and you can take advantage of it, but if not, go ahead and do it for yourself...

Don't tell me that you are manually entering 200 EAC numbers on the INS website. There are so many Macros (xls) floating around in this forum that you can make use off. Just do a search if you really are doing manually.

You will see that it takes max 1 (one) min to scan like 500 cases. I guess anyone who reports that the scan was done is through this and not manually.

Just so you know.

Indianexpert, u r right ..it does feel like Titanic, and it does get depressing, but the thought that we can always go back to our home country bouys me out. But ur point is well taken and no bad feelings :)

Narayan12345, I guess we should try to keep in touch. I shall let you know (as well to this forum) if there is any change in my status.

You should be getting the approval anytime soon... After FP it usually take 2-3 months..

LUD Changed 10/04/2004, 10/05/2004 (msg chnaged FP received)
LUD changed again on 10/19/2004, 10/20/2004
i-485 Approved on 11/29/2004 LUD changed on 11/30/2004 msg changed Approved....
