Who receives the RFE

I joined a new employer recently and was wondering who would receive the RFE if issued , would it be me or my attorney from my previous company?

1st FP - 6/7/2002
2nd FP - 12/23/2002
No RFE yet

If you signed G-28 form when filed your I-485, then it will go to your Lawyer (old employer.
