Who receives the RFE letter?

Guys,

AVM says RFE was sent on July 29th but still I haven't received the letter. DO they mail it both to me and Company Lawyer?

Your company lawyer gets it.

If you have alawyer representing you, RFE goes to the lawyer. The approval notice goes to the lawyer, but you get a coutesy copy which can be used to stamp the passport
 
RFE sent to applicant also

When RFE is issued it is sent to both the Attorney and the Applicant. In our case, I am the primary applicant and did not have an RFE ; but my wife had an RFE for medical exam and we received a letter from INS. We had moved after FP stage and the RFE letter got forwarded to our new address (We had asked attorney to inform NSC of address change which she did, about 2 months before RFE)

Normally applicant does not get RFE copy. It will be sent to the lawyer only, unless one represents himself.
