Who receives Receipt Notice

Hello Friends,
Who receives the receipt notice, is attorney or myself!
Also, do the INS mail separate notice for Receipt date and notice date!

If attorney receives receipt notice, does it mean that it contains both receipt date and notice date!

If your attorney sent all those papers, your attorney only will receive it.

Also, the receipt notice has the Notice date in it. It is a single document.
