Who receives FP notice

1. Is it the lawyer or me?
2. Also does the online status of the 485 case change when a FP notice is sent out. If so what is the message displayed.
3. How long is the notice valid for? What if I am on vacation when the notice is sent out - how much time do I have to respond ?

It is send to the applicant address usually they give 3-4 weeks ime but it can be changed people there are really very nice and helpful
 
FP notice is sent to both lawyer and yourself.

Generally they send it atleast one month before the scheduled date.
