Who Receives Finger Print Notice?

I\'d appreciate it if anybody can tell who recieves the notice? me or my attorney?

My Experience.

I got the applicant copy and my attorney got the representative copy.

My lawyer said that they would get the notice which they would then send to me with instructions....
