Who notifies us of approval?

Hello guys,
Would anyone please let me know this regarding I-140 approval...
If the website indicates the approval message, well and good. But if the website doesn't, are we at the mercy of our employer to receive the notification? Or, does the BCIS notify us by mail?

your attorney/employer gets it...

Since I-140 is employer's petition, BCIS informs the approval of I-140 to your employer and your attorney who filed the I-140.

Employer or the attorney can provide you a copy of the approval.
