who knows a FBI phone number to check FP sent to VSC or not

2 FP done in March 17, not updated yet.
Call Customer Service, dummy just said, it doesn't show it received or not recieved Neither. Good answer right.

I want to call FBI to find out.
 
Please explain!

I had my FP done on March 5th. My case status is still the same - " On Feb 20 we mailed you notice to appear for fingerprinting".


So, I am in the same boat - Can you explain what you are doing? Is it possible to find out something from FBI?

Is this same as name check? I noticed the # is different. Can someone who had done this before give more details on how to get the status of FP? Can we get this information from live representative? or we leave a voice mail and waiting for call back?
 
I had good experience of calling FBI

I spoke with the 2 FBI representatives regarding my FP status. Both of them were very nice. First rep asks me what is my call about, then transfer me to the automaited system to choose from options provided, and the second rep answer my question.
