2 FP done in March 17, not updated yet.
Call Customer Service, dummy just said, it doesn't show it received or not recieved Neither. Good answer right.
Is this same as name check? I noticed the # is different. Can someone who had done this before give more details on how to get the status of FP? Can we get this information from live representative? or we leave a voice mail and waiting for call back?
I spoke with the 2 FBI representatives regarding my FP status. Both of them were very nice. First rep asks me what is my call about, then transfer me to the automaited system to choose from options provided, and the second rep answer my question.
