Service Center or somewhere Washington?
I (RD 9/10/01)recently received FP notice (NH) from VSC. NH is the slowest state for FP. Based on a theory (provided by IIO?): FPs are automatically
issued by Washington. If an applicant has beed FPed and the processing
is close to him, the officer will issue a FP notice for him/her.
Does this mean September filers are under processing plan?
