Gurus/Friends,
I have one important question:
I have two labors, with company A Sept 2002 EB3 and Company B Oct 2004 EB2.
I have filed I-485 with Company B labor in year 2005.(I am Ind national) The 485 is still pending.
Recently my Company A labor approved and we are in middle of applying I-140. Right now I am working for this company.
After approval of this I-140, I am planning to use(port) this PD(2002) to company B sponsered 485.(Please let me know the exact procedures for doing this. Please some one!!!!)
If above procedure accepted by USCIS, now the question is who will become my GC(485) sponser, is Company A or company B??
Any input will be greately appreciated.
