Who is my employer?

I have concurrently filed my I-140, I-485, and I-765. My I-140 was approved a year and a half ago, and I have been working with my EAD for 2 years. Now I have other offers and I need your help.

My application was done by Divsion 1 of Department A of a company. It was signed by the manager of this division.

If I move to any other division in the department, or any other department within the company, IS THIS A NEW EMPLOYER??

Or is it a change of job because the job changed (even though it is still within the same occupation code)? Like that I can not change my job within the Division even?

Any comments are welcomed.

What happens if manager one who signed is fired? Will it be now job?
As long as your working for same company you are good to go. Reporting structure may change.
Even Job change means you should not convert into an accountant from programmer.
