You will receive a Courtesy copy by mail directly from INS (good for getting Passport Stamped)
Your Lawyer will get the Original Copy and they will mail it to you.

I think it depends on the primary address given in ur pettition. In my case my Lawayer has given his addresss as the only address. So all the time the notices goes to him only. I could be wrong but I have not received a single notice yet. I am done thru my FP and waiting for my approval.
