Who is going to pay H-1B related expenses? Employer or I ?

I would like to ask you if anybody could tell me where I can find the law regarding the requirement that all costs for H-1B must be covered by my employer.

Who is going to pay H-1B related expenses? Employer or I ?

I don't think there is a law for covering the employer to cover the H1b expenses. Although, they *have* to pay the filing fees .
