My I-140 OR was approved on June 25 2003 per on line message. Neither my lawyer nor me got the notice.
I tired to call Bcis twice, the first time I was told if 30 days past, I still have not got the notice, then I could call them again. Last friday I called again, I was told I could not do anything unless my lawer or my university do something. I just want to know if anyone had same situation. I appreciate any information.
