who got the receipt of I-485 while I-140 is pending in VSC after Aug 1

Hi, there,

I am wondering to know who got the I485 receipt while 1-140 is pending in VSC since August 1?

I filed with VSC I-485 with I-140 receipt on August 13, INS got my pakage on August 14. all the checks are not encashed yet. No receipt yet.

Appreciate any info.

Very Likey you will get your EAD/AP than the Receipt notice. Its strange that now they are focusing on things that matters the most, the physical documents, than the receipt notice....
