Who got 2nd FP notice ??

My 1st FP expired in 15th of June 2003. I never got a 2nd FP notice.
I'd like to ask you, if you got the 2nd FP notice, when did your 1st FP expire?
 
i don't think a 2nd FP is automatically generated after your 1st one expires. Whenever your case is picked up and the officer notices your FP has expired, then another notice is sent out.
 
i don't think a 2nd FP is automatically generated ! I noticed that a lot of December cases got the 2nd FP notice. I was wondering whether we can establish a rule.

Watch for Kashmir's data .. that might give some clue about this pattern ... & let us know your findings ..

In anycase, in the coming days, Kashmir's data will probably be the most downloaded file on the internet ... :D :D

My FP was done Jan 4th 2002. No second FP yet....:(
 
Second FP issued on Sep 4 2003, done on 16 Sep 2003

First FP done on Apr 3 2002, expired on July 3 2003.

On Aug 14 2003 I have sent fax to BCIS.
On fax I wrote 3 checkmarks on
line " Case pending beyound JIT processing time"
other line "Fingerprints are expired"
one more other "more 60 days pass since answer to RFE received"

On 15 Aug 2003 I received standard answer to my fax.
It stated that they are to busy with religiuos workers adjustment and there will be delays to inquiry till 30 September.
My WAC# was printed on this fax, my name and fax number were handwritten. Looks like they keep track of our inquires in database, but I am not sure.

But anyway they send me fingerprint notice before September 30

2002, it's been so long, I'm mixing up years.
 
My 2'nd FP was on 16thSept,2003

and the update on online happenned on Sept30. It says the same message now with only the date changed (Previous date was Jan 18th,2001) as

On September 30, 2003, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.

Do not know whether it is the same old shit or finally something is moving. BTW I also replied to a RFE and they got it on July 10th.
It was a regular rfe paychecks tax returns etc.

Who knows what will happens now!
 
highly irresponsible

My first finger print was done on May 2002 and it has expired and no one has bothered to inform me to get it done again. Highly irresponsible persons!!!!!

so mine 1st FP is 31 jan 2002, and still do not get the 2nd FP notice
