My I-140 was recently approved along with my I-485. My employer got a I-797 Notice of Action. It says that it is a courtesy copy. Now, who gets to keep this, me or the employer?
Also, the courtesy copy states, "Courtesy Copy: Original sent to: No representative". Does that mean my lawyer will not be getting the original one. My lawyer is external and not affiliated with the company. I paid for my own GC process.
When one goes for passport stamping, do we need the I-140 approval notice or is the I-485 approval notice comprehensive enough?
Thanks for the assitance.
