Who gets the Transfer notice

Hi All,

My case was transfered to the Philly INS office on July2/2002 (according to the AVM).

-Will I get a copy of the transfer notice or is it sent only to my attorney?

-Will the reason for transfer be stated on the transfer notice or is it just a generic message?

-I was thinking it will take around 2 weeks to receive the notice but I havent gotten any information about the transfer.
How long does it usually take to the get the notice(atleast to my lawyer).

Attorney

Usually attorney gets it and very rarely yourself.

The letter will not specify why it was transfered.

You can expect it any time now..or maybe your attorney already has it
