Who gets the RFE - Lawyer or me?

When INS sends an RFE, do they mail it only to the lawyer, or me, or both (like the FP notice)?

I heard on the AVM that they have mailed RFE on May 25th, and I haven\'t gotten it yet, nor have I heard anything from the lawyer.

My details - EB1(India), ND 11/00, FP 01/01, RFE maile 05/25 per AVM
