Hi Guys,
( I-485 - Yellow Form - Employment letter, Salary less then 95 % of prevailing wage ). Recently I realized that my lawyer had mailed the incorrect employment letter ( taken from my employer ) stating a salary which is LESS then the minimum prevailing wage in response to yellow form. However he had mailed the correct employment letter stating a salary which was matching the prevailing wage mentioned in LC for the future employment,while filing for I-485. My next rise will be in next 2002 April. I hope to reach prevailing wage by then. Can any one tell me the price I may have to pay for this mistake ?
